Free trial classes are only available while capacities last. Free Trial classes are limited to a maximum of 1 free class per athlete.

Ninja is short for ninja obstacle course racing. It is about conquering challenging obstacles through strength, flexibility and determination.

Tricking is a unique combo of Ninja, breakdancing, martial arts, and gymnastics. Fitset Tricking takes place on our professionally built foam block floor. Looking to learn flips and kicks? Tricking is for you.

To use our facility, all athletes must be at least 5 years of age. For our Tricking programs, athletes must be at least 7 years of age.
For kids under 5, we have a parent-supervised play area. We also offer a Parents & Tots program for kids ages 2.5 - 4 years.

A good pair of sneakers, gym clothing, and a water bottle is all the gear you need to practice ninja. We do offer Fitset Ninja apparel that you may purchase if you so choose.
