I want to sign up for a Ninja Training Team, what classes are available?

All Ninja Training Team details and availability can be found here.
Please sign up for classes online.

How much do classes cost?

1 Class Per Week: $110.00 + GST / Month
2 Classes Per Week: $175.00 + GST / Month
3 Classes Per Week: $220.00 + GST / Month

If you sign up 2 or more ninjas, your family will receive a 10% discount for each ninja.

I need to cancel my membership, switch my membership type or drop a class. What are your cancellation policies?

Change requests for cancelling a membership and dropping a class (reducing classload) must be sent via the Membership Management Portal. We are unable to process cancellations via email, phone calls, or social media.

We require at least 7 days notice prior to the end of the month to cancel, switch your membership, or to drop classes.

Notice given within the final 7 days of the month will incur an $25 administration fee and may result in your cancellation not being processed until the end of the following month.

Can I pause my membership?

Change requests for pausing a membership must be sent via the Membership Management Portal. We are unable to process pauses via email, phone calls, or social media.

You can pause for up to 1 calendar month, or 2 calendar months during July and August.

Any membership requests received during the final 7 days of the month will incur a $25 administration fee.

Do I need to re-register for classes each month?

Your membership will auto-renew each month unless we are contacted with 7 days notice prior to the end of the month.

How can I switch the day I attend classes or add a class to my membership?

We will try our best to accommodate this depending on class capacity. All changes will become effective on the 1st of the next month unless otherwise requested.

All changes to memberships must be documented, and cannot be made verbally. Please kindly email your request to calgary@fitsetninja.com.

How do I switch to an older age group or a more challenging group?

We will chat with your coach to see if switching groups is the best move for your ninja.

I missed a class, can I attend a make-up class on another day?

Unfortunately, we can not provide make-up classes or credit for missed classes.

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on the 1st of each month. If you contact us to start classes during the month instead, we will charge you a pro-rated amount until the next 1st of the month.

Can I pay in person instead of purchasing a membership online?

Of course, please kindly email calgary@fitsetninja.com and we will happily help assist you on your next visit.

My child is under 5 or is turning 5 soon, can they join?

At this time, we require all athletes to be at least 5 to participate on the course. We hope to see you and your child once they reach our minimum age!

Birthday Parties & Group Bookings

I want to book a party but don’t have the exact numbers just yet, what do I do?

Please proceed to make a booking with the estimated number of guests. We can charge your credit card on the day of the party or you may pay in advance by emailing us at calgary@fitsetninja.com to add additional participants or make adjustments.

Can I add more participants to my party?

Yes, of course. We can charge your credit card on the day of the party or you may pay in advance by emailing us at calgary@fitsetninja.com.

I had some people not show up for my party, can I get a refund for those participants?

If you booked for more than 10 participants, we will happily refund you for the extra guests that could not attend. All parties have a 10 participant minimum charge.

When will I get access to the party area for my booking?

In total, you receive 1 hour and 45 minutes of total facility time which includes both time on course plus party room. After this time, the party area will be cleaned and made available for the next party booking.

Can I book the facility or host a private party without the public joining in?

Private functions may be available on select dates and times outside our normal business hour. This will typically be on Saturday evenings after 7:00PM. If this time is amenable, please email us at calgary@fitsetninja.com and we’d be happy to assist with your booking.

Can I bring food to the party, can I order food to the gym, do you provide any food?

You are welcome to bring food or order food delivered to the gym, we do offer select chocolate bars and cold drinks to be purchased but we do not offer other items beyond our simple snacks.

How can I reschedule my booking?

If you’d like to reschedule your party, we can help you do that anytime up to 24 hours before your party time at no additional cost. If you’d like to reschedule within the 24 hour period before your party, there will be a $25 rescheduling fee.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel your party, you can do so anytime up to 72 hours before your party for a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 72 hour period before your party, there will be a $100 cancellation fee.

How early can I show up for my birthday party booking?

You can show up 15 minutes prior to the start of your party. Showing up even earlier is completely fine, however you may be waiting in more crowded areas while other parties are leaving.

Can I book a group larger than 25?

Of course! However, for extra large groups we ask that you contact us directly to help you plan your group booking.

Can I add more time to my party?

Yes! You can add an additional 90mins of play time for only $10 + GST. However, the party room will have to be vacated at the regular time for the next party booked. If you would like to extend your party room time, please contact us.

Can you tell me about your Mobile Obstacle Course for Schools?

Of course! we offer a great program where we can bring our facility to you and create a wide array of engaging activities for your students throughout the day. We offer bookings for the entire day or just a few hours. We provide dedicated ninja coaches to lead your students through our obstacles in a challenging yet safe way. As well, our team will setup and take down the entire course.

Our Mobile Obstacle Course for Schools has become wildly popular and books quickly, so be sure to secure your spot today!

Can you tell me about your School Field Trips for Ninjas?

Certainly! Our School Field Trips bring your students to our giant ninja facility. Our team of Ninja coaches will create a gym class focused around the sport of Ninja. Our team will help your students navigate their way through our obstacles in a safe, yet completely exhuasting way! We are very flexible with the size of your group, age, and how long you are looking to stay for. Book your school today!

Can I pay for my school booking via cheque or on the day of the booking?

Yes of course! Please notify us during the booking process so we can make a note on your booking.

Some of my students did not attend on the day of our School Field Trip booking, or more showed up then I had booked. How do I adjust our numbers?

Not a problem! Please email us at hello@fitsetninja.com and we can adjust your booking accordingly.

Open Gym

When is Open Gym available?

Open Gym is available during the following hours:

Saturday: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM

How much are Open Gym drop-ins?

$20 + GST for 1.5 hours.

Do I need to book online or can I walk in and pay?

We do accept walk-ins, however in order to guarantee your spot, we recommend pre-booking your spot online as we may be at capacity once you arrive to pay in person. You may also call us on the day and ask about availability..

Can I stay longer than 1.5 hours?

Each Open Gym drop-in provides you access for 1.5 hours. If you would like to stay longer, please purchase a second open gym pass for the day.

I’m coming to Open Gym to celebrate a party, can I bring food/cake to the gym?

Unfortunately, not. Open Gym only provides access to the obstacles. If you would like to have an area for this, please head to our Birthday Parties or Groups & Teams page to make a party booking instead!

I’d like to bring a large group to open gym and have a coach teach us about the obstacles!

What should I wear for Open Gym?

Clean indoor shoes are a must. We suggest comfortable athletic apparel. Depending on Covid-19 restrictions at the time, you may need a mask when not actively on obstacles.

Can I stay and watch my kids?

Non-participants are welcome to stay and watch. Clean indoor shoes must be worn if you are walking around on the obstacles. If the child is under the age of 12, it is required for the parents to stay to supervise their child(s)

I made a mistake with my Open Gym booking, how can I change the dates?
