Ninja Party Packages

All parties include 1 hour and 45 minutes total party time for 10 party attendees, a guided course orientation and a dedicated party host, and a party area for food, drinks, and presents. Please note, our ninja party packages are suitable for everyone over the age of five. Additional participants may be added on to your booking for an additional cost.

FAQ's

I am looking at a lot of party options for my child. Why should I choose Fitset Ninja?

Fitset Ninja offers the best, most unique parties in Calgary! We provide an incredibly fun, memorable and safe environment for kids 5 and up to enjoy climbing, swinging, jumping and hanging on some awesome obstacles in a high-energy atmosphere. Our Ninja Crew has hosted hundreds of parties and team events so don’t just take our word for it – check out the great reviews and testimonials from other guests on social media and Google. For parents, we provide a stress-free service and exceptional party support, allowing mom, dad, and family members to enjoy the party and the lasting memories.

What location am I booking at?

We are no longer booking out of our Acadia location. We had that as a temporary location for the summer. We are now located at 3691 19th St NE MAP

When are parties offered?

We offer party bookings during the following times:

  • Saturdays 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Sundays 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM
  • Can I get a tour of the Fitset party areas?

    You are welcomed to view our party areas (standard and XL) during our operational hours on the weekends! Simply pop in and inquire for a brief tour at the front desk.

    What should I tell my guests to bring?

    • Clean indoor running shoes.
    • Gym attire (shorts or athletic pants/joggers and a t-shirt).

    Can I sign the waivers in advance?

    We strongly recommend that parents sign a waiver in advance for any child attending the birthday party so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Please fill out the waivers ahead of time.

    How early should I arrive for my party?

    Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your party.

    What am I allowed to bring to the party?

    Feel free to bring a cake, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, drinks, candles, presents, decorations, etc! We have a refrigerator & freezer on site to keep things cold. Feel free to bring some party decorations but please no sparkles or glitter!

    What will Fitset supply?

    We will supply snack plates, napkins, forks, and a cake knife. Not to mention the ability to exhaust the kids!

    What is the party format? What is the schedule of the party?

    Your party host will check you in, then lead the party participants around the facility, show them the obstacles, run mini-games, and even lead some mini competitions. This typically will last an hour. Parties then typically hang out in their party area for remaining 45 minutes for pizza, food, cake, and presents. However, how you want to structure the 1 hour and 45 minutes party time is up to you!

    Can I add more people / What is the maximum number of guests I can have at our party?

    There is a maximum of 25 participants (including both participants and non-participating guests). If you’re looking to book for more than 25 people, reach out to us!

    Can I add more time to my party?

    Yes! You can add an additional 90mins of play time for only $10 + GST per participant. However, the party room will have to be vacated at the regular time for the next party booked. If you would like to extend your party room time, please contact us.

    What is the skill level required for birthday parties?

    Our birthday parties are suitable for all skill levels! Whether your child is a ninja newbie or a seasoned athlete, our parties are designed to accommodate all ability and fitness levels in a fun and engaging way.

    Will my party be the only one in the facility?

    There will be other guests or parties happening in the facility during our regular party time slots. If you prefer to rent the entire facility for a completely private party please contact us to arrange an after-hours party for an additional cost.

    How many coaches will there be?

    Every party will be assigned one head coach and will have various assistant coaches that are supporting our head coaches throughout the day depending on party numbers.

    How are you ensuring my child’s safety?

    All of our coaches are first aid certified and have been trained on how to properly set up the equipment and safety matting for camps. All coaches communicate camp rules and obstacle safety demos at the beginning of camp to minimize the risk of any injuries.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    If you’d like to reschedule your party, we can help you do that anytime up to 24 hours before your party time at no additional cost. If you’d like to reschedule within the 24 hour period before your party, there will be a $25 + GST rescheduling fee.

    If you need to cancel your party, you can do so anytime up to 72 hours before your party for a full refund. If you need to cancel within the 72 hour period before your party, there will be a $100 + GST cancellation fee and you will receive a partial refund minus the fee.

    How early should I book my party?

    The simple answer is as soon as possible. Our party times usually book up 3-4 weeks in advance. To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 3-4 weeks before your desired date.

    Can you hold that party spot for me while I can discuss options with other parents first?

    Due to our limited available party spots and the fact that they book up rather quickly, we are unable to reserve a spot unless you complete the booking. If you book and then need to reschedule to a later date, we can certainly help you with that!

    What qualifies as an extra participant in the party packages?

    Extra participant refers to any person enjoying the obstacles on the course. Anyone attending the party but not using the obstacles on the course (grandparents, other parents, etc.) may watch from the viewing area without charge but may not use the obstacles and equipment. If any guests in the group would like to participate once they arrive but were not initially included in the booking, please let your Party Host know and we can add the extra participant to the final cost ($25 per additional participant.)
